What is CNC bending machine


The process of tube bending involves placing a round tube on a conveyor belt and bending it from multiple angles. The pipe is transported along the conveyor belt, compressed, and bent to the angle of the desired mold. The pipe is then released before the process is repeated from multiple angles and shapes, giving the product its final shape.
Occasionally, difficulties are encountered during the bending process. For example, angles that are too wide will bend interiors, generating wrinkles and causing the exterior to become thin due to over-stretching. This means it is important to pay special attention to objects with particularly large angles during the manufacturing process. This problem can be addressed by increasing the length of the bend. To minimize these kinds of problems, engineers set processing parameters according to the different functions of different materials, with ductility playing a special role in the planning process.
